Mansford Prize is awarded to Nick Worsley

We are delighted to announce that Nick Worsley (pictured) has won the Mansford Prize for 2014 for his dissertation on hotels in a mixed real estate portfolio.

The Mansford Prize is awarded to one MPhil dissertation per year relating to real estate performance relative to alternative assets/asset classes and other economic and financial variables.   The criteria for selection include both the quality of the paper and the fit with Mansford's absolute return philosophy.
