The first annual Future Cities Conference 2016 took place on Wednesday 29th June 2016 at Clare College in Cambridge.

The conference was fully subscribed and brought together academic experts, investors, developers, researchers and policy decision makers to discuss how we can best design, develop, govern and thrive in cities and explore the challenges and opportunities presented in developing sustainable cities for the future.

This is just one of many positive responses received from delegates,

'the conference yesterday was exceptional!  A fantastic line-up of expert speakers, very subtly and effectively chaired, and a rare atmosphere of collaboration.  As a practitioner, what I found particularly positive was that there was such a strong focus on implementation  - not just theory'.
