CRERC Real Estate Practice Seminars

last modified Dec 01, 2020 01:08 PM

During the Michelmas and Lent terms CRERC organises a series of Real Estate Practice seminars.

Open to all students within Land Economy, previously these sessions were held at the Mill Lane Lecture Rooms, but since the COVID lockdown the presentations have moved successfully online, attracting greater numbers of attendees than before.

The presenters and topics this term have been:

Sabina Kalyan, Global Head of Research at CBRE Global Investors - Using Research to Guide Investment Decision-Making

Dean Harrison, Lara Kerswill and Zayn Khamisa from InfraRed – Private Equity Real Estate Fund Investing

Andrew Wylie, Partner at DLA Piper – Fund Structures

Emma Waterhouse and colleagues from Logicor – The Logistics Sector

The sessions were recorded and should hopefully be available to view soon.

Speakers already pencilled-in for January 2021 are Christina Gaw, Managing Principal and Head of Capital Markets at Gaw Capital in Hong Kong, and Kelly Cleveland, Head of Investment at British Land.

Applications for the new 2021 intake are now open on the ICE website and the new prospectus is available too. If you have any further questions about the course please email
