British Land Flagship Leadership Development Programme

last modified Aug 27, 2015 02:59 PM
Some of the brightest managers and executives from across British Land came to Cambridge for BL’s flagship leadership development programme. A tailor made programme run by the Cambridge Real Estate Research Centre in conjunction with colleagues from the Judge Business School.

The programme designed jointly by BL and the Centre aimed to develop the participants thinking around real estate and REITs and the management challenges facing real estate businesses and BL as a leader in the industry.

Cambridge provides a stimulating environment where the participants are able to deepen their understanding of their business,  and the issues and challenges faced by colleagues and the industry.

“The leadership development programme capitalises on our common commitment to improving the built environment and thought leadership, by bringing together the world class talent, research and international networks of the University with the internal talent within British Land.”

The sessions included both BL specific real estate case studies and other real estate examples to explore themes around decision making, leadership and managing change.   The programme forms part of BL's wider agenda to be a leader in the real estate industry which the Centre is delighted to support through both this programme and research support.

This is what some of the candidates had to say about their experience in Cambridge:
