The programme designed jointly by BL and the Centre aimed to develop the participants thinking around real estate and REITs and the management challenges facing real estate businesses and BL as a leader in the industry.
Cambridge provides a stimulating environment where the participants are able to deepen their understanding of their business, and the issues and challenges faced by colleagues and the industry.

The sessions included both BL specific real estate case studies and other real estate examples to explore themes around decision making, leadership and managing change. The programme forms part of BL's wider agenda to be a leader in the real estate industry which the Centre is delighted to support through both this programme and research support.
